Scans Zone respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown notices. Because we are an indexer and do not host files, we can remove the links and listings that point to the material in question.

Filing a Notice

To report infringing material, send a notice to the address below that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on Scans Zone where the material is linked.
• Your contact information (name and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details and an explanation. We will review it in good faith.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts or sources associated with repeated infringement may be removed.
